SYNOPSIS:Delhi-6 attempts to exposes the dual face of a person. We all live in today's world pointing a finger at the other person for all that's going wrong around us. It's a story of a young American boy "ROSHAN" of Indian origin, who comes to India for the first time, to drop his ailing grandmother. She wants to die in her own soil, and so prepares for her own death. In America having lead a very western lifestyle Roshan wasn't aware of the sites and smells, the food and culture, the religion and beliefs, that an Indian society is filled with. After coming to India he interacts with his grandmother's neighborhood and seamlessly dissolves in as if one of them. Little does he know that the endearing people including his grandmother have another face that feeds the devil within - a devil that resides within each one of them!

Welcome

RACE

SYNOPSIS:
The film's story revolves around two brothers, Ranvir (Saif) and Rajeev (Akshay Khanna). The elder brother, Ranvir manages the stud farm and is in the racing business while the younger brother ostensibly stays drunk most of the time. There are a couple of women around as well, Sonia (Bipasha Basu), who is Ranvir's girlfriend and Sophia (Katrina Kaif), who is his secretary. Like in most of their previous films, the world inhabited by Abbas-Mustan's characters in Race, is a grey one. Nothing is as it seems and nobody is exactly as they seem. Everybody seems to have a motive and are operating from their world of greed, except perhaps our main protagonist, Ranvir, who is made of a different mettle altogether. Cool as a cucumber, he is known to be a daredevil who loves living on the edge. He is known to never give his enemies a second chance. But there is another side to Ranvir as well, he dotes on his brother, it seems to be mutual; and trusts his secretary immensely. But things seem to go wrong in this paradiscal world where brother loves brother after Ranvir narrowly survives a road accident. 

Like with any good suspense thriller, Race too has a very normal first half, where all the characters are laid out and we see them as the director wants us to see them. It is not a complete picture, but one which helps in taking the plot further. The can of worms is opened when Rajiv reveals his darker side and blackmails Sonia into marrying him and helping him eliminate his brother. The big prize here is not the stud farm but an insurance policy which will make Rajiv richer by 50 million dollars. Everything seems to be working according to plan and it seems that Ranvir has been trapped into this web of deceit by Sonia, his ex-lover, and his kid brother. But matters again take a turn and it seems that Ranvir is still one up on his brother. This race of one-upmanship between the brothers continues till the end of the film, with there remaining just one winner.

Without giving the movie away, the film fast forwards to thirty years later where we meet another Om (SRK again) but only this time he is a superstar. What is his connection with yesteryear’s Om? 

If one looks closely then there isn’t much from the story point of view. The ‘ purna janam ’ episode has been witnessed innumerable times in Bollywood but yet the film has its own originality. The screenplay written by Farah Khan and Mushtaq Sheikh is the winner here. It is evident that a lot of thought has been given to the minutest of scenes which enhances of what comprises of a very common plotline.

SYNOPSIS:
The film kicks off with Om Puri fantasising himself at a beach with semi-clad girls prancing about him. Thereby the film gives you its first conflict. At 50 odd years, Om wants to get hitched (married). The problem is there is no girl rather, lady in sight.

Finally, he gets to find a lady (a professor in a college). He decides to check her for himself and tags his bum-chum Paresh Rawal along.

Here comes the second conflict. It seems Akshaye Khanna (Paresh’s son) has had enough of uncle Om’s marriage-moorings and wants his dad or ‘baapu’ as he fondly calls him out of all the marriage-mayhem.

KIDNAP

SYNOPSIS:

One not-so-fine day, Minnisha Lamba fights with her mom (Vidya Malvade), cries for her missing dad (Sanjay Dutt) and goes swimming in the stormy sea. Angry Imran Khan dives in too and abducts her. He holds her captive in her old house, threatens her menacingly, almost chops off her fingers and even takes her for a swim and a song beneath a waterfall, when the mausam gets awesome. All this, to avenge a misdemeanour on the part of her rich dad (Sanjay Dutt) which cost our hero his childhood. The kidnapper doesn't want money; just a sorry. And he ends up bringing the family of his victim together, since Minnisha had been wilting under the pressures of a broken home after dad and mom were divorced.
